Details:
Venus and Jupiter reached their closest point to each other, within 1.5°. They made a great pairing, fitting perfectly in the field of view of my telescope using a low power eyepiece. Being over 6 times as bright, Venus was visible first, followed by Jupiter and its moons soon after.
