Details:
Interminable overcast conditions in Eastern England luckily gave way to short breaks with scudding thin high clouds, hence mottled sun. The gaps only lasted an hour or so, but managed to get a snatched record of the event.
Sun filter sheet. Canon EOS7D 100-400mm zoom effectively 560mm + 1.4 extender = c.800mm 1/200 f11 ISO 4000.
