Details:
The display was not as active or bright as I had hoped for but after midnight local time the skies got brighter to the north and aurora activity was visible. It is encouraging to be seeing aurora again at 48° N Latitude. The photos were taken between 5:42 and 7:06 UT. In the photos, trees are visible underwater as the Rainy River which separates Ontario, Canada from Minnesota, USA is extremely high due to continued heavy levels of rain. Photos taken with a Canon 6D DSLR and a Sigma 20mm ART lens. More info in the EXIF data
