Details:
The upcoming full Moon on Sept. 14 (Sept 13 in US) occurs only 15 hours after maximal distance of the Moon on its orbit, 406 377 km from Earth, making this full Moon "apogee" or not my favorite "micromoon". Here is comparation of last year's peri/apogee full Moon (in fact, the second one was eclipsed, the image was taken after the lunar eclipse, see http://www.astronom.cz/horalek/?p=4098). Even if the diference is noticeable, you will not see quite "micro" Full Moon in the sky, if you don't compare it phtographically. Just enjoy the upcoming Full Moon :)
