Details:
Beautiful display, similar in brightness to yesterdays but with scattered cirrus also present. Very little horizontal striation detail seen this time. The cirrus clouds were lit a bright orange just as the first Purple Light appeared, reddening and losing the sunlight as the twilight beyond it intensified. The lower brighter portion of the twilight was as usual a pale yellow orange becoming redder as twilight advanced. Above this the Purple Light shone, with a well defined cloud shadow on its Left (Southern) portion and broad subtle shadows often visible across the entire display. As the Twilight receded the clouds across the entire sky were softly lit a 'rose pink' color. Long after the twilight had visibly set a group of cirrus clouds to the West shone a red pink from the distant display they were still being illuminated by.
