Details:
I have observed the Perseids today in the radio frequency range. We have a rainy night. They were illuminated by signals from France's GRAVE space surveillance radar. I have used my homemade 4-element-yagi for 145 MHz and a Funcube Dongle Pro+. The activity is not so strong this year I believe.
