Details:
This Elve was captured over a storm just south of Puerto Rico on Aug 6 2019 at 07:47:45 UTC or 3:47am local time. An Elve can grow to be anywhere from 300 to 400 Km wide but they come and go so fast that the human eye can not see them. They are triggered by a very powerful positive polarity cloud to ground lightning discharge.
