Details:
Beautiful, clear skies. Eclipse went off like clockwork. Much better corona and prominences than were expected. Image is 28 exposures of the Eclipse, 5 minutes apart thru a Nikon D800 with a 50mm lens at f/13. Partials are 1/60 sec thru a solar filter. Totality was 1 sec. with the filter off. Please notice the shadow, sunset colors and of course Venus under the fourth image from the bottom.
