Details:
After the NLC's disappeared at horizon a dim blue phenomenon was observed. It are either NLC illuminated by another source or the object is above the NLC's. But above NLC's there is space. The bright bar on horizon are the NLC's. They are reddish due to light scattering of the atmosphere.
