Details:
The approach of a cold front brought interesting clouds (Altocumulus among others) to the western horizon of Rio at sunset on May 31, 2019. Note how most formations turn from yellow to orange as sunlight becomes more severely filtered by the lowest layers of the atmosphere. That explains why the environment suddenly acquired an intense shade of yellow, that gradually faded some minutes later. The photos, taken with a Nikon CoolPix P900 camera from 17:20 to 17:26 (UTC-3h), are presented in the order they were taken.
