Details:
Last night a long duration Polar Mesospheric Summer Echo on my VHF radio instruments. The second night in May with strong audio signals from a television transmitter in Eastern Europe. PMSE receiving is typically just before and after local midnight.Receiving sporadic E signals it's normally in daytime and early in the evening, polar sporadic E sometimes during strong magnetic variations. It was quiet on my Aurora instruments.I'am waiting for Noctilucent Cloud Pictures on the NLC gallery and NLC data from the AIM spacecraft on the real time gallery for a possible relation with PMSE. Vertical scale is the AD convertor voltage input and time is UTC.
