Details:
Here is my view to the sky over Maldivean island Soneva Fushi a month ago. It was just an hour before dawn when I reached the Dolphin’s beach on south east. Even if the high tide peaked and didn’t allow me to get further from the woody shore, the view itself was everything. Milky Way arching across the sky while bright Venus rose up behind distant clouds with occasional lightning over the horizon. Most prominent was Jupiter, almost in the center of the view, which slowly gets to its this year opposition date. Used Canon 6D Baader IR modified, Samyang 24 mm, f 2.8, ISO 10000, 43x15s panorama. Full credit: Petr Horálek, Lars L. Christensen / Soneva Fushi.
