I was taking a picture with my cell phone of obviously a beautiful Sunset,here on the North Shore of Oahu,Hawaii,after viewing the photo,I noticed a spot in the sky,when I edited and cropped it,second second pic,it looked very interesting.The third pic was taken less than a minute before,you can see,what ever it was,it was moving.

This is a lens flare, caused by internal reflections in the cellphone lens. So it was not a real object in the sky, If it was, you certainly would have seen it visually too.

its not so much flare as it is an actual reflected/inverted image of the bright light source - the sun. Look close and you can see the clouds that are in front of the sun across the disk in the reflected image. This effect will occur anytime you have a bright enough light source in your field of view.
