Galaxy M87 with a "jet"
There is possible a second jet on the other side of
the nucleus, but obscured by the galaxy.
Jets are thought to be powered by the accretion of material
onto the supermassive black hole.
Time: 23:44 UT 2019-03-11 Exp.30 x 15 sec.
