Details:
Good views of an almost vertical alignment of the Waning Moon with Jupiter, Saturn and Venus below were obtained from Mutare early this morning (first two pictures). The bright orange star Aldebaran stands out above and to the right of the Moon. The third picture shows the Moon with Earthshine and Halo close to Jupiter at dawn and the last is a close-up (x60 optical plus digital zoom magnification) taken just after Sunrise. Camera: Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ60 in night and sunset scene modes.
