Details:
Just as an experiment I live-stacked this close up of M42 through my planetary set up having just overhauled and re-collimated the scope. A closer look reveals 5 stars, the one thats egg shaped is 2 stars, and the red/blue effect of atmospheric prismatic distortion. Now waiting for Jupiter and Saturn to climb higher again in the spring 25 x 1 sec Meade 10 SCT ASI 224 MC Live stack in SharpCap Contrast in GIMP Seeing good. Transparency good.
