Details:
I had no idea an asteroid had hit the moon until it was posted on spaceweather homepage. I decided to go through my images again to see if I caught it. Indeed i did! Unfortunatley I was using my Ipad instead of my high resolution astronomy camera. I processed the images a bit to reveal it better. This was captured through a 40mm eyepiece holding an ipad to it by hand.
