Details:
Just before the recent lunar eclipse, the rising full moon illuminated the scenic foreground, while the ISS at magnitude -3 skimmed past Mars in the background. Although I was hoping to get video with a telescope of the ISS occulting Mars, and had re-checked the calculated center-line path I needed to be on to see it just 45 minutes before the transit, it was another near-miss. That makes more than half-dozen near-misses of Jupiter, Saturn, Venus, and Mars, but my quest continues!
