Details:
A high-speed stream of solar wind buffeted Earth's magnetic field, sparking big green auroras around the Arctic Circle in this week. Here is the view from seaside of the Actic Ocean in Teriberka ,Murmansk, Russia.
This is my first time to chase for aurora. After two days of snow, the sky turn clear on January 7th. The forecast is only KP2, But the auroras were really crazy, painting swirls all around the sky above me, The show lasted for well over 50 minutes with very powerful arches shining across the skies. Then fill the sky in all directions in 2hours. The most strong one is the aurora with pink green and even white auroras. I think it's even brighter than the street light. It's hard to describe the mood of me. wow !
