Details:
I observed the partial solar eclipse this morning from a small park 6 miles from Incheon Airport in Seoul, Korea. Clouds moving from China passed across South Korea clearing about 35 minutes after the partial eclipse began leaving completely cloudless skies and a crystal clear eclipse. About 36% of the Sun was covered from here.
