Details:
This image was captured from 3000 ft high plateau atop Badro Hill Station situated in Kirthar Mountain Ranges in Sindh, Pakistan.
This image shows 37% illuminated Venus glowing through very bright zodiacal lights. The light from both Venus and zodiacal lights was enough to illuminate the hill on the foreground and was evident with naked eyes. Also see here is onset of twilight in the form of orange hue at horizon. This image was taken around 05:35 AM local time that marks the start of twilight relative to that location.
This image was acquired during all night astronomy session organized by Karachi Astronomers Society (KAS) to make final days of 2018 memorable. The participants witnessed Geminids, Comet 46P Wirtanen, very bright Venus, zodiacal lights and Eta Carina nebula topping 4 degrees above horizon from Northern hemisphere skies.
