46P/Wirtanen on Dec 11, 2018, 01:26 UT (Dec 10, 7:26 PM CST.) Star-Streaks version is 40x30 sec @ ISO 6400. Star-Freeze version is 4x300 sec guided on comet, 40x30 sec and 50x60 sec @ ISO 6400 with the 40x30 sec shots as the background star field. Taken with a Canon T3, IDAS-LPS drop-in filter and a Televue TV-85 scope at F/5.6.
Comet was easy naked eye as long as it was not in a LP dome. Compared to my Dec 2nd observations when I had to strain to barely get a short glimpse of it naked eye, it was obvious now. Hoping for clear weather in the next week to see it again when it is even closer to Earth.
