Details:
With the Chinook winds howling, I tucked my gear as best beside my car to protect it against the wind and even then the gusts rattled the tripod. I was out on the Powderface again, this time in a parking lot 3 km down the trail, logging trucks were flying by but the trees provided relief from the dust and their headlights.. This image is a astrophotographers dream to capture two night sky objects that are similar yet completely different. Geminid Meteor, Pleiades, and Comet 46P Wirtanen. An opportunity not to be missed.
