Details:
Yet another night that allowed to capture Comet 46p. This fixed star/comet image was the result of: Nikon d7100, Nikkor 180 mm ED f/2.8 @ f/4.5, iso 3200, 12x120s, PixInsight and PS 6.0. Weather: 50F, RH 70%, light breeze, scattered high thin cirrus in area. On longer exposures, small tail at 10 o'clock position was again noted within the every growing coma. Exposures for the next 2 weeks will need to be reduced to less and 45 secs in order to avoid comet drift.
