Details:
Went up the mountain to see if I could take a photo of the new comet ( V1 ) . Venus and Spica were quite a stunning sight. Could not see V1 with my crappy binoculars and I got no telescope but managed to catch some greenish fuzzball using a 200mm f/2.8 lens and Canon 6D.
Image #1 here shows Venus and Spica rising around 4:54 UT ( 5:54 AM local time ) with 200mm/2.8 lens, while image #2 shows Venus and Spica at 5:05 UT with 85mm/1.8 lens (at 2.8) .
Image #3 shows the sky around the comet ( center ) with 200mm lens at 05:01 UT ( 10 sec. exposure at ISO 3200 at 2.8 , and the last image shows a center crop on the same image.
