I used few minutes just before the sunrise to safely bring Venus into the field of view of my telescope and recorded a short video as the first rays of the sun broke through thick atmosphere, producing bright orange glow.. Venus was only 4°48' above the horizon and 6°13' from the Sun. Atmospheric refraction at this altitude produces chromatic dispersion of the light, arriving from observed object. If you used registax to stack the best video frame you can realign the RGB channels to get rid of atmospheric dispersion :-)

Thank you for your comment David. RGB align is a very useful function in Registax indeed, but in this case the aim was to show Venus just as it as visible at 4 degrees altitude, in full colour.
