Was outside working and the light on the ground looked dim. And this is what I saw.

The ´rainbows´ are halo arcs, which have their origin in high cloud ice crystals. The image should be turned over 90degrees clockwise, since the right arc is the circumhorizontal arc which is positioned exactly below the sun. The small light spots (the white and the blue) are caused by internal reflections in the camera lenses and thus are not atmosphecic effects.

it may be that the blue spot is an internally reflected image of the sun. If you enlarge the spot you can see the pixels of the sensor. Any bright light in the field of view will do the same thing. If it is just outside the field of view the reflection/lens flare it can look like a weird jellyfish thing.
