Details:
Circular opening amidst a herd of small puffy clouds. Wispy vapor in center. Looked like ET landed through sky hole. There was a second version of this as well. Have no idea what it was. We observed this one on drive from Sonoma, CA to Walnut Creek where it was essentially centered.
