Details:
Venus is currently shining bright high in the western sky after sunset. Here are three unusual pictures of it above a Strelitzia (Bird of Paradise) flowering plant illuminated by the security lighting from my hilltop house between sunset twilight and dark. Camera: Hand-held Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ60 in night scene mode.
