Details:
I couldn't wait to observe this eclipse since I live in Portugal currently and this would be the first time I see one that has its total phase a bit after moonrise. This was the greatest moon eclipse I have watched and photographed ever. I was really lucky to have clear sky. Oh and Mars making company to the moon during her eclipse that was perfect on so many levels. I shot it with Nikon D5100 and a 18-105mm lens at 105mm f/11 ISO 1600 or 3200 not sure. Dropped to F/11 do gain a bit more sharpness. I was Using a tripod. Now that I think of it F/8 is sharper but oh well the magic of the moment that blinds the viewer :)
