Details:
I looked out my north window at about 1AM on 2018-July-20 and not only saw noctilucent clouds (NCLs), but a sky full. In two previous sightings, both in Anchorage, Alaska, I've never seen more than a couple of small streamers or a few wispy tendrils.

Thats a Cessna 180 floatplane, at Lake Hood Seaplane Base, in Anchorage, Alaska.

The lens was 14mm, the camera was full-frame sensor.
