Details:
there WAS a Univ of Fla Lightning lab in Camp Blanding to study induced lightning. The last rocket launched was Oct 2017 due to no funding. I emailed the lab and they responded the above info. I am left to ASSUME that I photographed natural lightning and military flares over the Camp. But hey, there may be some double top secret stuff going on there???...still a cool pic with a Great Blue heron perched on the lower limb
