As I was taking photos of the evening sky just after sunset when a Green Dot showed up in just one photo over the Moon. Could this be an Asteroid? Toutais?

No. The green image is WAY too big. If it were an asteroid that big compared to the moon in this single image, wed be in big trouble! Every astronomer on the planet would have images of it, and every website would have photos posted. It has all the characteristics of something close to the camera being out-of-focus. Maybe a bug... reflection off debris floating past... even crud on the lens!
