2018 July 9 at 19:45UT.
Photometric large aperture V mag = 11.6 using a Canon 60Da camera and Sigma 200mm lens.
Visual observation:
2018 July 9.82 UT; m1= 11.2:, Dia=5’, DC=2 using 25x100mm binoculars. [Very diffuse coma that enhances slightly using a Swan band filter]
Note it is near Planetary Nebula NGC 246 in Cetus.
