Details:
The young crescent Moon with Earthshine was photographed setting in the dark two hours after sunset on 15 June. The time-lapse animation was prepared from 48 one second exposures taken at ISO 1600 with a Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ60 camera in manual mode in order to capture the Earthshine portion of the Moon as it disappeared below the horizon. The three other photographs show first sight of the Moon at sunset, the Moon and Venus above a sunset twilight arch, and then the Moon, Venus and some bright stars including Castor and Pollux at last light.
