I stepped out of a Lyft yesterday morning in Seattle, looked up at the sun, and realized there was a bright halo with a tangent arc right above my school. As I stepped away from the building to get an unobstructed view, I noticed a faint rainbow ring, the highest point of which was close to the zenith.
