Details:
Riding back home, clouds appeared around 10pm and lasted till after 11:30. Grabbed a quick shot with the phone... wish I had a better camera! No sign of cirrus on satellite imagery, and there was no apparent motion like you would see with tropospheric clouds. Last time I saw noctilucent clouds in North Dakota was in 2011!
