Details:
Former Soviet Union USSR satellite. Meteor 1-18 (Meteor-Priroda1) was a Meteorology, earth observation satellite. I noticed clear luminosity change of at least 2 magnitudes, or 5 times during its pass. It seems that this object is getting too old to keep it's self up there.
