Details:
I was one of the pilots flying from Calgary to Toronto on a red eye flight. Once we reached our cruising altitude of 37,000 feet at 01:00 am, the Aurora started to dance a mixture of different colors! Thankfully there was no turbulence since it is very difficult to get hand held photos from a moving aircraft.
