Never seen a blue rim before, very nice. Do you know what causes a blue rim? Could it be that at your altitude a lot of the stuff at lower altitudes that cause a green flash are gone and all you have is nice clear blue sky for a blue rim flash? You are very lucky to be imaging from the Atacama Desert. Thank you for sharing your images,
