Details:
Known that I was going to have a clear sky for sunset I headed of down to my nearby beach in Rossnowlagh in hopes of capturing a nice sunset and later the crescent Moon, Venus and Mercury. Upon arrival I could see I was going to get a nice sunset, not known just how good until I watched back on the video footage which had revealed an Omega mirage which I did see happening and a green flash which went unnoticed.. I filmed until the sun was half way below the horizon and then started to take pictures hoping to capture a green flash, not known I had just already got one, just as the Sun dipped below the horizon a green flash appeared, End result was this Sunset produced an nice omega mirage and two green flashes... I got more than I came to capture, as this was a rare event.
