Details:
The western sky was full of cirrus clouds as the Sun lowered towards setting. After sunset the clouds thinned and revealed the 1.4-day-old waxing Crescent Moon, with Venus shining nearby. As the sky darkened a bit more, Mercury emerged. Canon EOS 7D Mk 2, ISO 400, f/4.0, 2 sec., 70mm. 8:34 PM EDT
