What a fantastic Aurora period we experience night after night! Superb figures (like dragon, wolverine or you can give of course also your own interpretation), amazing structures, tremendous colors, we can not find enough superlatives to describe what we see. It brings me to the point: what do we see really? I think most of us (the group veteran aurora watchers) have never seen before what we have seen the past weeks? Around midnight we saw amazing fast pulsating auroras (photo 4). And it is still going on! Keep an eye on the sky!

You have been showered with beautiful auroras this winter. I so wish I could see these spectacular shows. I live on Cape Cod in the US and it is rare for us to see these beautiful auroras.Thank you for the great photos!
