The day after a record snowfall of 30 cm in Calgary, the skies were the clearest that I have seen in Calgary in a very long time. Just in time for the amazing conjunction of Venus and his brother Mercury, these two innermost planets were 1.1-deg apart, the clear skies allowed me to capture such an incredible amount of light I was astonished to see just how easy it was to see these planets. An amazingly beautiful conjuction
