Details:
The rainbow ring around the sun continues for second hour on January 23rd around 11:10am-12:20pm in Vilnius, Lithuania. There is a wide rainbow ring around the sun, with real-like sun reflections at 0° and 180° angles. The daylight appears much brighter than usual, as there are 3 "suns" in the sky!

It is an ice crystal halo phenomenon, with a partial ring around the sun, and so-called sundogs or parhelia left and right of the sun (as you call it at 0 and 180 degrees). There is also a faint horizontal arc just through the sun and the sundogs. That arc is named the parhelic circle, and it is parallel to the horizon. Traces of a vertical light pillar through the sun seem to be present too. Beautiful images!
