I have seen an ordinary parhelic circle a couple of times, but never a double! The secondary is visible above the bright circle. Picture taken with a Samsung P8 Lite smartphone.

The white lower arc can be identified as the real parhelic circle. At the left, a 120 degrees parhelion seems to be present (the round brighter spot). The upper arc, near the top of the image, which is slightly coloured, is a section of the Wegener anthelic arc. Not visible in the image but quite probable there must have been more halo forms, of which the 22 degrees tangent arcs might have been the most bright ones. Not seen on that summer day? Here in the Netherlands we observed interesting halos on July 17th including Parry and Lowitz arcs, but no Wegener arc.
