Details:
It was not clear in Tucson making detailed photos challenging but the clouds that produced the problem also created a photo opportunity. A Lunar halo formed before dawn after a night with denser clouds producing the scene shown, a Lunar halo over Tucson AZ with the conjunction adjacent. The primary image was acquired with a Nikon D850 and Irex 15 mm lens. The inset that shows Jupiter and a red Mars through the thin clouds was acquired with a Nikon D500 and a Nikon 300 mm VR/PF lens with a 1.7X teleconverter.
