It was quite exciting to see the phenomenon in the near clouds. The interference of sun's light refracted within small water droplets causes the coloured aura around the plane's shadow.
I saw a glory 10 years ago but the plane's shadow was so far that it was not as noticeble as this one was. I am sorry not having a DSLR with me.
