It was snowing at my home today. I was looking at the snowflakes and thought I would try and see if a can get a snowflake image close up. I used a Canon 100mm macro lens and a Canon Mark III camera. Black felt backing was used to help see the snowflakes better. Please be kind! It is my first try at this and did not have much time to image. Image was taken at ISO 800 / shutter speed 250 / f2.8 higher f-stop the next to get more depth of field. The next time I will also use a light to illuminate the snowflake before I image them.
