Details:
The Southern sky from my location in Puerto Rico plays host to many bright meteors. The Caribbean sea is free of any light pollution so more constellations and star systems are visible, like Eta Carinae. The photo with the brighter looking sky was taken on Dec 12th just before dawn and the other was taken on Dec 13th under a very dark sky.
